What is Body Oxygen Test?

A body oxygen test, also known as a pulse oximetry test or oxygen saturation test,
is a non-invasive medical test that measures the level of oxygen in a person's blood.

The test is usually performed using a small device called a pulse oximeter, which is placed on the person's finger, earlobe, or toe.
.
The device uses a small light to measure the amount of oxygen in the blood, and displays the results as a percentage.

Difference between Chest Breathing and Belly Breathing?

Chest breathing is short breathing.

Diaphragmatic breathing or abdominal breathing (also called belly breathing) is a breathing exercise that involves consciously engaging the respiratory muscles, abdominal muscles, and diaphragm when breathing in order to take deeper breaths.

Expand on Diaphragmatic Breathing?

This means actively pulling the diaphragm down with each inward breath so the diaphragm contracts. While practicing this technique, you will notice your belly rising and falling. You will also feel an expanding or stretching sensation in the abdomen, rather than solely in their chest and shoulders. In this way, diaphragmatic breathing helps the lungs fill more efficiently.

What is Butekyo Mehod and Control Pause Method?

The Buteyko method is a breathing technique that involves nasal breathing and the control of breath. The control pause is a measure of how long you can comfortably hold your breath after exhaling.
